Spend the extra money for express delivery to prevent pilfering. Use boxes not packing envelops use lots of red white & blue tape you get from post office
Specify "Airmail" and "via Istanbul" on envelops.

- Just add water baked goods and simple packaged american food items, parmesan cheeseSpices, soup packages, Mrs. Grass, Mrs. Dash, taco
- Fun food to share Any American candy Reeces Peanut Butter Cups, Chocolate, Oreo Cookies
- For clubs Puff paints, White board, any art supplies
- For studenets Books, Videos, Pictures art/craft supplies
- For clinic yoga matts, exercise balls, jump ropes
- Anything to remind me of home pictures new items- seasons etc.
- Crystal Light Drink Additions (the add to water ones)
